My Passion For Personal Development Programs 

I was a teacher for over 15 years, I've always enjoyed listening to audio books and being attracted to holistic health. Looking back, my book purchases had a common theme, self-help! I have always been interested in how the brain works, behaviour and how we learn.  For a number of years, after teaching, I was coming home exhausted and feeling like my vessel was a little empty - I was close to burnout...

This has led me on a path to find change. These personal development programs align with my philosophy of continuous improvement, to be my best version and supporting others around me and it has been an absolute blessing to also a ripple effect on my family.
